Azulea The Rooftop and Steak House is perched atop the Hotel Morgan Boutique Hotel and Residence, located in downtown Cabo San Lucas at the foot of a hill, offering the best views of both the city and the Sea of Cortez.
We're just a quick 3-minute drive from the main Cabo tourist center, home to all the nightlife, restaurants, shops, and the city's busiest shopping mall. Even better, we're only 4 minutes from the Cabo San Lucas Marina and 5 minutes from Médano Beach—basically, the most famous beach in the destination.
The restaurant opened in January 2022 and its kitchen was remodeled in January 2023. It features an open-air terrace setting with a bar overlooking the city.
Our current total capacity is 88 seated guests, plus the bar area, which adds another 12 seats.
Right now, the restaurant's mostly frequented by local folks.
Currently, we're ranked #15 on TripAdvisor out of 648 restaurants in Cabo San Lucas. We consistently get excellent ratings and reviews for our service, innovative cuisine, and especially for the ambiance and views the property offers. It's also worth noting that we have tons of great feedback on Google.
On the other hand, we've divided the rooftop into two sections. One side is Azulea, and the other is an Italian restaurant with a wood-fired oven, which opened two months ago and has been really well-received.
Both restaurants share the same very spacious kitchen, which can easily handle service for both.
Due to health reasons and a lack of time to really give the restaurant the attention it deserves, we've decided to explore some options to continue providing the service we offer to our hotel and our regular clientele.
Option 1:
We're looking for an operating partner to handle all day-to-day operations and cover all operating expenses.
Option 2:
We're willing to rent the restaurant as-is, which would include all the furniture, kitchen equipment, glassware, silverware, chinaware, etc. Everything will be inventoried at the start of the rental and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the rental period.
